Delivery & Returns
Where do you deliver to?
I deliver to the UK, plus the US & Canada & some European countries.
As a small business I can't cover the duties, taxes & fees for shipping outside of the UK. These will be charged to you by the courier when your order is delivered.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all UK orders.
For European orders it's £20.
For US & Canadian orders it's £25.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has arrived with me from the manufacturer (for The Geary Trouser this will be in January), I'll send it out to you on a Royal Mail 48 hour service in the UK. Once it's shipped tracking will be emailed to you.
Overseas orders will take up to 10 days to arrive.
Do you offer free returns?
I'm afraid not, as a small brand my margins are already very tight so this isn't something I can offer. Instead I offer free delivery on all orders, but you have to pay the postage to return the trousers.
How do returns work?
Package up your order, take it to the post office & send it to:

Email me at amy@koloclothes.com to let me know you've sent the return.
I recommend sending on a tracked service, in case they get lost.
Please return your trousers within 30 days.

Where are the trousers made?
The trousers are made in a small studio based in London. It's a female owned business, with low minimum order quantities, which is perfect for the stage of the business kolo is currently at.
What size should I order?
Please have a look at the size guide, or feel free to get in contact with me.
I'm between sizes, can I order more than 1 pair?
As I am only currently able to make very limited numbers of the trousers, if you order more than 1 pair, it means another customer won't be able to place their order. So please only order 1 pair. You can contact me with any questions about the best size for you, or take a look at the size guide.
